I did a version of Volumetrics plus P90X but I don't advise either to others because you can just do it all yourself. A dietician told me that fat cells shrink, they don't actually "burn" and that might mean that I might have a little love handles for my whole life now. When I got down to 10% I still had some love handles and a lower belly pouch. Side note: I was fat for the majority of my life.

More or less just let the training decide what I need ya know? 8% is my only real goal, I dont care about the weight number or bulk. Anyway what would be the best book out of the 3 for me with those goals? I don't want to bulk up or anything.
